How refunds are handled for digital products and subscription services.
Refund Policy

FXProven provides access to proprietary software infrastructure, licensing, and digital services. Due to the nature of these services, all purchases are final once access is granted.
By completing a purchase, users acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
No Refunds After Access Is Granted
All fees paid to FXProven are non-refundable once any of the following has occurred:
Platform access has been granted
A license key has been issued or activated
The trading engine (EA / actuator) has been delivered or enabled
Onboarding or setup processes have commenced
Digital services, tools, or frameworks have been made available
Once access is provided, the service is considered delivered and consumed, regardless of usage level or trading outcomes.
Limited Refund Eligibility (Access Failure Only)
A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:
The user did not receive access to the FXProven platform
The EA / actuator was not delivered or activated
The license was not issued or enabled
Onboarding did not begin due to a verified technical or administrative failure attributable to FXProven
If any of the above services were successfully delivered, the purchase is deemed complete and no refund will be issued.
Excluded Refund Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:
Trading losses or performance outcomes
User dissatisfaction with results
Strategy behavior under live market conditions
Changes in market conditions or volatility
User error, misconfiguration, or misuse
Incompatibility with third-party brokers or platforms
Failure to follow onboarding instructions
Change of mind after access is granted
FXProven does not guarantee profitability, performance, or suitability for individual users.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback after access has been granted constitutes a breach of these terms. FXProven reserves the right to:
Suspend or revoke platform access
Terminate licenses
Restrict future access to services
All disputes should be raised directly with FXProven before engaging payment providers.
Jurisdiction and Compliance
This Refund Policy is governed by applicable laws and consumer protection regulations relevant to the user’s jurisdiction. Where local law mandates additional consumer rights, those rights shall apply strictly as required.
